Quickscoping confirmed for Modern Warfare 3

In an interview with a developer of the upcoming Call of Duty game, many design choices and speculative stories were confirmed, denied or couldn’t be commented on.
The biggest of them all being that the infamous Quickscoping method would be making a return, a cheap kill tactic in which you quickly fire a bullet as soon as you zoom in with the scope to increase your chances of a kill.
