According to Famicom Plaza, aside from cancelling Disaster Report 4, IREM has also decided to discontinue production of the entire franchise. This means there will be no future titles, and all previous titles still in print will be discontinued. Any stock which exists out there in the market now is basically all that’s left. Prices on the games on Amazon and eBay seem to be climbing up as well.
Oh well…here’s to hoping Ubisoft’s I AM ALIVE [1] doesn’t remain vaporware forever to fill the void.
